THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DULUTH HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 10 PM CDT THIS
EVENING.

* SUSTAINED WINDS...NORTHEAST WILL INCREASE LATE THIS MORNING AND
  REMAIN 10 TO 20 KT INTO THIS EVENING ACROSS THE HEAD OF WESTERN
  LAKE SUPERIOR.

* WIND GUSTS...UP TO 30 KNOTS.

* WAVES...3 TO 4 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
