A WEAK CIRCULATION IS CENTERED NEAR KOSRAE AT 5N163E. A SURFACE
TROUGH EXTENDS NORTHEAST FROM THE CIRCULATION TO 9N166E. NUMEROUS
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRESENT NEAR KWAJALEIN ATOLL
BETWEEN 8N AND 12N FROM 164E TO 170E.

TRADE-WIND CONVERGENCE IS TRIGGERING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS FROM NORTH OF MAJURO TO THE DATELINE WITHIN 150 MILES
OF A LINE FROM 11N170E TO 7N180.
