SCATTERED LIGHT HIGH BASED THUNDERSHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO DRIVE
SOUTH LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY EVENING ACROSS EASTERN
ARKANSAS. THIS CONVECTIVE ACTIVITY WAS ASSOCIATED WITH A
SMALL...BUT POTENT FAST MOVING UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE. BRIEF WIND
GUSTS OF UP TO 40 TO 45 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE AREA. WIND
SPEEDS IN THIS RANGE WILL BE CAPABLE OF BLOWING UNSECURED OUTDOOR
ITEMS AROUND...BREAK SMALL TREE BRANCHES...AND BE A HAZARD FOR
DRIVERS WILL HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
