THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST
IOWA...WEST CENTRAL IOWA...EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA...NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA AND SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE WEST TO
EAST ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA DURING THE DAY. SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT
ANTICIPATED...HOWEVER SOME OF THE STRONGER STORMS COULD PRODUCE
SMALL HAIL. THE SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL BE MOVING EAST OF THE
OUTLOOK AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH LARGE HAIL
AND DAMAGING WINDS SUNDAY AFTERNOON IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA...THEN
ACROSS THE REST OF EASTERN NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWEST IOWA SUNDAY
EVENING AND OVERNIGHT. INSTABILITY WILL INCREASE MARKEDLY AHEAD OF
A COLD FRONT MOVING INTO THE AREA SUNDAY EVENING...BUT SHEAR WILL
REMAIN RATHER WEAK. THUS SEVERE STORMS SHOULD BE ISOLATED.

ADDITIONAL CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS ARE IN THE FORECAST THROUGH
THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK AS THE SUNDAY COLD FRONT BECOMES
STATIONARY ACROSS EASTERN NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWEST IOWA. RIPPLES OF
ENERGY RIDING OVER THIS FRONT COULD SPARK THUNDERSTORMS AT ANYTIME
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. THE BEST CHANCES FOR SEVERE STORMS WILL
COME MONDAY NIGHT...THEN AGAIN WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
