STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS INCREASE INTO THE 25 TO 35 MPH RANGE...WITH
SOME GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

THE STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY WILL ALSO CREATE EXTREME FIRE
WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON. THUS A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN
EFFECT...AND OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT ADVISED.
