NEBRASKA...ACROSS EASTERN NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWESTERN IOWA THROUGH MID
AFTERNOON. MANY AREAS WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL HALF INCH OF RAIN
OR MORE...BEFORE THE RAIN COMES TO AN END LATER TODAY. GUSTY
NORTHWEST WINDS WILL PUSH ACROSS THE AREA BEHIND A COLD FRONT
TODAY...WITH WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH AND GUSTS UP TO AROUND 30 TO 35
MPH.  SKIES WILL TREND TOWARD CLEARING TONIGHT...WITH NORTHWEST
WINDS DECREASING TO AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH.

HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL RISE VERY LITTLE...REACHING THE UPPER
50S TO LOWER 60S.  TONIGHT...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE MID 30S
TO AROUND 40 DEGREES.
