MISSOURI VALLEY REGION.  WINDS WILL DECREASE TO LIGHT AND VARIABLE
THROUGH THE EVENING...EVENTUALLY INCREASING TO AROUND 10 MPH OUT OF
THE SOUTH ON TUESDAY.  FAIR SKIES WILL CONTINUE BOTH TONIGHT AND
TUESDAY.  TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL FALL INTO THE UPPER 30S TO LOWER
40S...WITH HIGHS ON TUESDAY REACHING THE MID TO UPPER 70S.
