THE COLD FRONT THAT BROUGHT WIDESPREAD RAIN THUNDERSTORMS TO MUCH OF
MID AMERICA WEDNESDAY NIGHT WILL PUSH INTO SOUTHERN MISSOURI BY THIS
AFTERNOON. CONTINUED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST ALONG
THIS FRONT...AFFECTING PARTS OF IOWA...MISSOURI AND EASTERN KANSAS
IN THE MORNING BEFORE SHIFTING INTO SOUTHERN MISSOURI THIS AFTERNOON
WHEN MORE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE. MEANWHILE ANOTHER WEAK
WEATHER SYSTEM WILL MOVE OUT OF THE ROCKIES THIS AFTERNOON...
SPREADING AREAS OF RAIN ACROSS WESTERN NEBRASKA AND WESTERN KANSAS
DURING THE DAY...AND ACROSS THE REST OF SOUTHERN NEBRASKA AND MUCH
OF KANSAS OVERNIGHT.

COOLER AIR BEHIND THE COLD FRONT ALONG WITH CLOUDS AND RAIN WILL
KEEP TEMPERATURES WELL BELOW WHAT WE SAW WEDNESDAY. HIGHS THIS
AFTERNOON WILL ONLY REACH THE 50S IN WESTERN NEBRASKA...WITH 60S
FORECAST ACROSS THE REST OF NEBRASKA AND IOWA. 70S ARE FORECAST IN
EASTERN KANSAS AND MISSOURI. LOWS TONIGHT SHOULD RANGE FROM THE 20S
IN WESTERN NEBRASKA TO THE 40S IN MISSOURI.
