MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES ALONG WITH RATHER CHILLY CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL
TONIGHT AND THURSDAY ACROSS MUCH OF THE MIDWEST.  PRECIPITATION
CHANCES WILL INCREASE THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT WITH THE APPROACH OF A
POTENT UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVING OUT OF THE CENTRAL ROCKIES.
SHOWERS WILL SPREAD EAST AND NORTH...SPREADING INTO AND ACROSS THE
MISSOURI VALLEY REGION THURSDAY NIGHT.  ALSO EXPECT A CHANCE OF
THUNDERSTORMS...WITH THE BETTER CHANCES SOUTH OF NEBRASKA AND IOWA.
PRECIPITATION CHANCES WILL PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT...TEENS NORTHERN MINNESOTA TO THE MID 40S
PARTS OF SOUTHERN KANSAS. HIGHS ON THURSDAY...GENERALLY MID 50S TO
MID 60S...WITH COOLER HIGHS NEAR 40 IN NORTHEAST MINNESOTA.  FOR
EASTERN NEBRASKA AND WESTERN IOWA...LOWS MAINLY LOWER 30S...AND
HIGHS LOWER 60S.
