WITH LOW LEVEL MOISTURE MAKING A RETURN TO THE CENTRAL
PLAINS...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
LATE TONIGHT OVER CENTRAL KANSAS...THEN GRADUALLY SPREAD
NORTHEASTWARD INTO EASTERN NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWEST IOWA BY THURSDAY
MORNING. THE THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED THEN TO CONTINUE
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

REGIONALLY...LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 30S OVER THE
WESTERN DAKOTAS TO THE LOW 50S IN SOUTHERN MISSOURI. ON
FRIDAY...HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE LOW 60S OVER MOST OF THE DAKOTAS
TO THE MID 70S IN SOUTHERN KANSAS AND SOUTHERN MISSOURI.
