WHILE FAIR SKIES ARE EXPECTED THROUGHOUT THE DAY...GUSTY NORTHWEST
WINDS AND COOLER TEMPERATURES WILL MAKE IT NOT FEEL SO FAIR.  WINDS
THIS AFTERNOON WILL REACH AROUND 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO
AROUND 45 MPH IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA AND NORTHWEST IOWA...WITH WINDS
OF AROUND 20 TO 30 MPH AND GUSTS UP TO AROUND 40 MPH ELSEWHERE.
ADDITIONALLY...LOW HUMIDITY IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON IN NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA...AND A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT THERE THIS AFTERNOON
FOR EXTREME FIRE DANGER.

HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL REACH THE MID 50S TO AROUND 60 DEGREES ACROSS
THE AREA.  TONIGHT...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE LOWER TO MID
30S...INCLUDING THE POTENTIAL FOR SUBFREEZING TEMPERATURES IN
NORTHEAST NEBRASKA AND NORTHWEST IOWA.
