SKIES.  AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES OVERHEAD TONIGHT...WINDS WILL
DECREASE TO LIGHT AND VARIABLE...THEN BECOME SOUTHERLY TO
SOUTHEASTERLY ON TUESDAY AT AROUND 15 MPH.  BECAUSE OF THE DRY AND
BREEZY CONDITIONS ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON...VERY HIGH TO EXTREME FIRE
DANGER IS POSSIBLE FROM CENTRAL INTO NORTHEASTERN NEBRASKA.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL FALL TO THE MID 30S TO LOWER 40S.  ON
TUESDAY...EXPECT HIGH TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM THE UPPER 60S TO MID
70S.
