COOL CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE BUILDING INTO THE NATIONS
MID SECTION TONIGHT...ALLOWING FOR SKIES TO CLEAR AND WINDS TO
DECREASE. WITH THE HIGH PRESSURE IN PLACE...LOW TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED TO BE WELL BELOW NORMAL WITH FREEZING CONDITIONS LIKELY IN
MANY AREAS TONIGHT. THE HIGH WILL REMAIN IN CONTROL OF THE WEATHER
ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH THE DAY ON THURSDAY...BEFORE A STORM
SYSTEM MOVES INTO THE REGION.  THIS NEXT STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING
INCREASING CHANCES OF PRECIPITATION THURSDAY NIGHT AND ON FRIDAY...
ALONG WITH ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.

LOWS TEMPERATURES TONIGHT...IN THE 20S FOR THE DAKOTAS AND MOST OF
MINNESOTA...TO THE MID 40S SOUTHERN MISSOURI AND SOUTHERN KANSAS.
HIGHS ON WEDNESDAY...30S NORTHERN MINNESOTA...TO THE MID 60S WESTERN
NEBRASKA AND WESTERN KANSAS.  FOR EASTERN NEBRASKA AND WESTERN
IOWA...LOWS UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S...AND HIGHS MID 50S.
