MORNING HOURS OVER REGION. THE PRECIPITATION ACTIVITY THOUGH IS
EXPECTED TO GRADUALLY DISSIPATE FROM WEST TO EAST THIS AFTERNOON
WITH THE HIGHEST RAINFALL TOTALS FOUND OVER SOUTHEASTERN NEBRASKA
AND EXTREME SOUTHWEST IOWA. OTHERWISE...CLOUDY AND CHILLY CONDITIONS
WILL PREVAIL LATER TONIGHT AS WELL AS INTO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.

REGIONALLY...HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 50S OVER THE UPPER
MIDWEST TO THE MID 80S IN SOUTHERN KANSAS. FOR TONIGHT...LOWS WILL
RANGE FROM THE MID 20S OVER THE UPPER MIDWEST TO THE LOW 30S OVER
SOUTHERN KANSAS,
