A POTENT UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE IN CONJUNCTION WITH A STAGNANT
SURFACE BOUNDARY EXTENDING ALONG THE NEBRASKA...KANSAS BORDER INTO
SOUTHERN IOWA WILL HELP MAINTAIN SCATTERED SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM
ACTIVITY THROUGH THIS EVENING OVER EASTERN NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWEST
IOWA. ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80...IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A FEW
STORMS MAY APPROACH OR EVEN BECOME SEVERE LATE THIS AFTERNOON OR
EARLY EVENING. IN ADDITION...IT IS QUITE PROBABLE THAT RAINFALL
TOTALS RANGING ANYWHERE FROM HALF AN INCH TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN
INCH WILL BE REALIZED OVER EXTREME SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA AND EXTREME
SOUTHWEST IOWA.


REGIONALLY... LOWS TONIGHT WILL FALL INTO THE UPPER 30S OVER
NORTHEAST MINNESOTA AND PARTS OF NORTH DAKOTA...WITH LOWER 60S
ACROSS MISSOURI...EASTERN KANSAS...AND SOUTHERN IOWA.  FOR EASTERN
NEBRASKA AND WESTERN IOWA...LOWS WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 50S TO
AROUND 60.
