IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PATCHY FROST ACROSS PART OF THE QUAD STATE
REGION OVERNIGHT. THE DEGREE OF MOISTURE AT THE SURFACE MAY IMPACT
THE INTENSITY AND COVERAGE OF THE FROST ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PADUCAH HAS ISSUED A FROST
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 8 AM CDT THURSDAY.

THIS ADVISORY COVERS SOUTHWEST INDIANA...MOST OF SOUTHERN
ILLINOIS...ALONG AND NORTH OF ROUTE 13...AS WELL AS A SMALL PART
OF SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AND NORTHWEST KENTUCKY.

THIS FROST ADVISORY WILL BE IN EFFECT ALONG AND ROUGHLY NORTH OF
A LINE FROM PIEDMONT MISSOURI...DONGOLA AND DIXON SPRINGS
ILLINOIS...AND ONWARD TO OWENSBORO KENTUCKY.

* TEMPERATURE...VALUES IN THE MIDDLE AND UPPER 30S ARE EXPECTED TO
  DEVELOP AND PERSIST DURING THE TIME OUTLINED IN THE ADVISORY.

* IMPACTS...THE DEVELOPMENT OF FROST AT THESE TEMPERATURES COULD
  HAVE IMPACT TO COMMERCIAL STRAWBERRY GROWERS...AS WELL AS FOR
  INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES THAT HAVE OUTDOOR FLOWER STANDS OR
  GARDENS THAT ARE SENSITIVE TO FROST DEVELOPMENT.
