AT EARLY MORNING A FEW HIGH CLOUDS WERE BEGINNING TO STREAM
EASTWARD ACROSS THE REGION. TEMPERATURES GENERALLY RANGED FROM
THE LOWER 40S NORTH TO UPPER 40S SOUTH AND WINDS WERE EITHER CALM
OR LIGHT OUT OF THE NORTH TO NORTHEAST.

MOST OF THE UPCOMING WEEK WILL BE DOMINATED BY SURFACE HIGH
PRESSURE ACROSS THE HEARTLAND. THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF
PRECIPITATION ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST MISSOURI ON TUESDAY,
THEN WESTERN KENTUCKY TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY AS A LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKS EASTWARD ALONG THE GULF COAST STATES.

OTHERWISE...DRY CONDITIONS ARE CURRENTLY FORECAST FOR THIS WEEK.
HIGH AND LOW TEMPERATURES THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK WILL
REMAIN SOME 5 TO 10 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. A
WARMING TREND WILL BEGIN ON THURSDAY. THE NEXT CHANCE FOR
PRECIPITATION WILL BE THE LATTER HALF OF NEXT WEEKEND.
