SKIES WERE PARTLY CLOUDY OVERNIGHT WITH SUNRISE TEMPERATURES
BOTTOMING OUT IN THE UPPER 30S AND LOWER 40S. DURING THE DAY...WITH
ONLY HIGH THIN CLOUDS IN PLACE OVER THE HEARTLAND...MOSTLY SUNNY
PREVAILED. TEMPERATURES AT 245 PM RANGED FROM THE LOWER TO MIDDLE
60S NORTH-NORTHEAST WINDS AT 10 TO 15 MPH.

THE QUAD STATE REGION WILL BE DOMINATED BY SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE FOR
MOST OF THE UPCOMING WEEK...GIVING US DRY CONDITIONS. THE ONLY
EXCEPTION WILL BE TUESDAY NIGHT WHEN A SMALL CHANCE OF SHOWERS IS
POSSIBLE IN COUNTIES ALONG THE KENTUCKY TENNESSEE BORDER. THIS IS
DUE IN PART TO AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE THAT WILL SKIRT ACROSS THE
GULF COASTAL STATES. TEMPERATURES WILL BE BELOW NORMAL WITH HIGHS
RANGING FROM 65 TO 70 DEGREES AND LOWS RANGING FROM THE LOWER TO
MIDDLE 40S.
