THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO AREAS IN DROUGHT ACROSS SOUTHEAST SOUTH
CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA. AREA STREAMFLOW IS CURRENTLY NEAR
NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR...EXCEPT FOR THE SANTEE AND SAVANNAH
RIVER BASINS WHERE FLOW IS BELOW NORMAL. NO SIGNIFICANT...
WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGH NEXT WEEK. BOTH THE
1-MONTH AND 3-MONTH PRECIPITATION OUTLOOK ISSUED BY THE CLIMATE
PREDICTION CENTER INDICATES HIGHER CHANCES FOR ABOVE NORMAL
PRECIPITATION...WHICH IS FOR THE PERIOD APRIL THROUGH JUNE. THE
CHANCE FOR RIVER FLOODING ACROSS THE REGION ARE SLIGHTLY ABOVE
NORMAL.

THIS IS THE LAST SCHEDULED WINTER/SPRING FLOOD POTENTIAL OUTLOOK
THAT WILL BE ISSUED FOR 2015.
