THROUGH WEDNESDAY AS VERY WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS PERSIST. WINDS
WILL SHIFT FROM LOCALLY GUSTY OFFSHORE WINDS TUESDAY MORNING TO
GUSTY ONSHORE WINDS IN THE AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE
EXPECTED TO OCCUR TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. OVERNIGHT
HUMIDITY RECOVERIES ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE SLIGHTLY TUESDAY NIGHT
COMPARED TO PREVIOUS NIGHTS. MINIMUM HUMIDITIES WILL DROP INTO THE
LOWER TEENS BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
