COASTAL HAZARDS...AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL SLOWLY LIFT
NORTHWARD OFF THE SOUTHEAST COAST THROUGH THURSDAY...AND MAY
BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY OFF THE SOUTH CAROLINA COAST ON FRIDAY
AND SATURDAY. THIS LOW COULD GENERATE HAZARDOUS WINDS...POSSIBLY
TO GALE FORCE...AND SEAS ACROSS AT LEAST A PORTION OF THE COASTAL
WATERS DURING THIS TIME. OVERALL FORECAST CONFIDENCE REMAINS
LOW...AND THE EVENTUAL IMPACTS FROM THIS SYSTEM WILL BE HIGHLY
DEPENDENT ON ITS STRENGTH AND PROXIMITY TO THE COAST.

FLOODING...AND HIGH SURF. THE BEST CHANCE FOR HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS
WILL LIKELY BE ALONG THE SOUTH CAROLINA COAST. OVERALL FORECAST
