THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EXTREME SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA
AND SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

PLEASE LISTEN TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO OR GO TO WEATHER.GOV ON THE
INTERNET FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE FOLLOWING HAZARDS.

   WIND ADVISORY.

STRONG COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE WILL BRING STRONG GUSTY WINDS TO THE
REGION. WESTERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE MORNING AND PEAK
DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS BEFORE SLOWLY DIMINISHING LATE INTO THE
EVENING. TRAVEL OVER MOUNTAIN PASSES AND GAPS MAY BE DIFFICULT AT
TIMES AND BLOWING DUST AND SAND MAY LOCALLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES.
STRONG CROSS WINDS OVER NORTH TO SOUTH ORIENTATED ROADWAY WILL ALSO
MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT AT TIMES THROUGHOUT THE REGION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

THE PROBABILITY OF HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS LOW. ELEVATED WINDS WILL
CONTINUE DURING THE DAY SUNDAY WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS EXPECTED OVER
AND IN THE AREA OF JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK AND EAST-CENTRAL
RIVERSIDE COUNTY.
