A LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAS STARTED TO DEVELOP FROM
NEAR OROGRANDE NORTH TOWARD CLOUDCROFT AND RUIDOSO. THESE STORMS
ARE MOVING NORTH-NORTHEAST AROUND 20 MPH AND WILL BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING MODERATE RAIN...PEA SIZE TO HALF INCH DIAMETER HAIL AND
WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH. ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT IS POSSIBLE SOUTH
INTO EASTERN EL PASO COUNTY OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO A HALF INCH ARE POSSIBLE IN LOCATIONS
WHERE STORMS TRAIN OVER THE SAME AREA WITH GENERALLY LESS THAN A
QUARTER INCH OF RAIN ELSEWHERE.

THROUGH GRANT...HIDALGO AND LUNA COUNTIES. STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
PICK UP IN INTENSITY SLIGHTLY INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON...BUT
REMAIN ISOLATED IN NATURE. LIGHT RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF LESS THAN A
TENTH OF AN INCH ARE EXPECTED WITH THESE CELLS WITH LOCALIZED
LOCATIONS POSSIBLY RECEIVING A QUARTER INCH OF RAIN. IN ADDITION
TO THE RAIN...PEA SIZE HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH ARE POSSIBLE.
