TERRAIN THROUGH 4PM. THE STORMS WILL ONLY BE MOVING NORTH TO
NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN WYOMING.
SLIGHTLY BETTER STORM MOVEMENT IS EXPECTED ACROSS NORTHERN
WYOMING...WITH THE STORMS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH.

STORMS MAY CONTAIN WIND UP TO 40 MPH...ALONG WITH PERIODS OF HEAVY
RAIN. VERY LOCALIZED FLOODING OR PONDING WILL BE POSSIBLE UNDERNEATH
HEAVIER SHOWERS AND STORMS.
