...DENSE FOG DEVELOPING OVER SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE TO EXPAND ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL
MINNESOTA DURING THIS MORNING. VISIBILITY WILL DROP TO ONE
QUARTER MILE OR LESS ALONG THE I90 CORRIDOR. A DENSE FOG ADVISORY
HAS BEEN ISSUED THROUGH 9 AM...FOR THE AREA LOCATED SOUTH OF A
LINE FROM NEAR ST JAMES...TO WASECA AND OWATONNA. VISIBILITY WILL
IMPROVE AFTER SUNRISE...AND WILL LIFT BY MID MORNING.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS
MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...AREAS OF VISIBILITY OF ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS
  THROUGH SUNRISE...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE I90 CORRIDOR. THE FOG
  WILL BEGIN TO LIFT AFTER SUNRISE SHOULD DISSIPATE BY MID
  MORNING.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...
