A CLOUDY AND COOL DAY PREVAILED OVER MOST OF THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS
ON SUNDAY AS A COLD FRONT STALLED FROM SOUTH CENTRAL COLORADO INTO
NORTHERN TEXAS.  A BAND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPED ALONG
THIS FRONT AND MOVED AS FAR NORTH AS THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE AND
EXTREME SOUTHWEST KANSAS. OTHERWISE...TEMPERATURES WERE NEARLY
STEADY THROUGHOUT THE DAY WITH READINGS IN THE 50S TO NEAR 60.

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE OVER THE SOUTHERN ROCKIES ON
SUNDAY...WILL SHIFT EAST INTO THE TEXAS PANHANDLE AND WESTERN
OKLAHOMA OVERNIGHT INTO EARLY ON MONDAY.  THIS WILL BRING WIDESPREAD
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO FAR SOUTHERN KANSAS INTO OKLAHOMA
THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.  FARTHER NORTH...HIGH PRESSURE WILL RIDGE
INTO NEBRASKA TO NORTHERN KANSAS WITH A PARTLY CLOUDY TO MOSTLY
CLEAR SKY PREVAILING OVER THESE LOCATIONS.

LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 30S TO LOWER 40S OVER
NORTHERN KANSAS TO THE MID 40S TO LOWERS 50S OVER FAR SOUTHERN
KANSAS INTO OKLAHOMA. HIGH TEMPERATURES ON MONDAY WILL RANGE FROM
UPPER 50S TO 60S OVER NEBRASKA INTO NORTHWEST KANSAS TO THE UPPER
40S TO 50S OVER SOUTHERN KANSAS INTO NORTHERN OKLAHOMA.
