9N. SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE OCCURRING NEAR THE FIRST CIRCULATION
WITHIN 70 MILES OF A LINE FROM 5N140E TO 9N146E AND ALSO NEAR CHUUK
WITHIN 40 MILES OF A LINE FROM 8N150E TO 6N157E. SIMILAR CONDITIONS
ARE ALSO SEEN NORTH OF THE TROUGH...WEST OF POHNPEI BUT OVER
