...WINTER RETURNS TO THE HIGH MOUNTAINS...

LIGHT SNOW WILL RETURN TO THE MOUNTAINS TONIGHT...WITH SNOW LEVELS
DROPPING TO AROUND 9500 FEET BY MIDNIGHT...TO PERHAPS AS LOW AS
7500...WITH RAIN MIXING WITH SNOW FOR A SHORT PERIOD DOWN TO 7000
FEET BY SUNRISE. LIGHT SNOW WILL THEN CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY
THURSDAY ABOVE 7500 FEET. NEW SNOWFALL OF BETWEEN 1 TO 4 INCHES IS
EXPECTED BY THURSDAY EVENING...WITH ISOLATED AREAS ABOVE 9500 FEET
PICKING UP TO 6 INCHES. MOUNTAIN PASSES WILL BE AFFECTED MOST...AND
WILL BECOME SLUSHY AND SLICK AT TIMES. MOTORISTS SHOULD TAKE
CAUTION...ESPECIALLY BETWEEN 3 AM AND 9 AM THURSDAY.

WHILE NO ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED ON THE RELATIVELY WARM ROADWAYS IN
THE AREA...VISIBILITY MAY BE IMPACTED AND REDUCED FOR A SHORT PERIOD
OF TIME JUST BEFORE AND AFTER SUNRISE.
