.DISCUSSION...

HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD EAST ACROSS THE DISTRICT TONIGHT...BUT A
WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL BRING PERIODS OF CLOUDINESS TO
CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PENNSYLVANIA. LITTLE OR NO PRECIPITATION
BEYOND PERHAPS A FEW SPRINKLES OR FLURRIES WILL FALL OUT OF THE
MID CLOUD DECK.

A SHARP WARMUP WILL FOLLOW FOR THURSDAY AS THE HIGH SLIDES OFF THE
MID ATLANTIC COAST AND A SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW DEVELOPS. A COLD
FRONT WILL EDGE INTO NORTHERN AND WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA FRIDAY
ACCOMPANIED BY RAIN SHOWERS. A SIGNIFICANT WAVE OF LOW PRESSURE
WILL MOVE NORTHEAST FROM THE TENNESSEE VALLEY FRIDAY INTO

RAIN...FOLLOWED BY A GRADUAL CHANGEOVER TO SNOW FROM WEST TO EAST
ACROSS THE DISTRICT FRIDAY NIGHT AND EARLY SATURDAY.
