FUELS REMAIN IN AN EXTREMELY DRY STATE AND NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THROUGH EARLY EVENING OVER ALL AREAS AND THESE
CONDITIONS WILL BE SATISFIED THROUGH EARLY EVENING ACROSS THE
WARNED AREAS OF NORTHWEST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA.
HUMIDITY HAS DROPPED TO BETWEEN 12 AND 20 PERCENT OVER THE WARNED
AREA AND WIND SPEEDS HAVE EXCEEDED 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 35 MPH
AT TIMES OVER THE NORTHERN VALLEY AND DEVILS LAKE REGION. LOOK FOR
HUMIDITY RECOVERY OVERNIGHT THEN A DIFFERENT STORY FOR THE
WEEKEND. LIGHTER WINDS SATURDAY WILL BE FOLLOWED BY THE LIKELIHOOD
OF A DOSE OF RAIN FROM LATE SATURDAY THROUGH EARLY NEXT WEEK.
