NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LOUISVILLE KY
1232 PM EDT THU APR 23 2015

FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 1230 EDT ON APRIL 24.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE.

.DISCUSSION...FOR FRIDAY TEMPERATURES WILL START OUT QUITE CHILLY
IN THE UPPER 20S WITH AREAS OF FROST LIKELY. A FROST ADVISORY IS
CURRENTLY IN EFFECT FOR TONIGHT THROUGH 9 AM EDT FRIDAY. SURFACE
HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE CENTERED OVER KENTUCKY FRIDAY MORNING AND
THEN SLOWLY MOVE EAST OF THE BLUEGRASS BY LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON OR
EVENING. AS A RESULT...SURFACE WINDS WILL BE VERY LIGHT OR CALM
AND 20-FOOT WINDS WILL BE LIGHT SOUTHEASTERLY DURING THE DAY.
WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 5 TO 7 MPH BY FRIDAY EVENING. DUE TO LIGHT
WINDS...SMOKE DISPERSION WILL RANGE FROM POOR TO FAIR THROUGHOUT
THE DAY. DEPENDING ON MOISTURE RETURN AHEAD OF THE NEXT WEATHER
SYSTEM...RELATIVE HUMIDITIES COULD BOTTOM OUT IN THE 25 TO 30
PERCENT RANGE EARLY IN THE DAY. HOWEVER...INCREASED MOISTURE AHEAD
OF SHOWERS AND STORMS ARRIVING FOR FRIDAY NIGHT SHOULD PREVENT
DEWPOINTS FROM DROPPING TOO LOW. MIXING HEIGHTS SHOULD MAX OUT
AROUND 3 TO 4 KFT FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
