AT 449 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM... CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 5
MILES WEST OF PONCE INLET AND NEW SMYRNA BEACH...MOVING EAST AT 40
KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... NEW SMYRNA BEACH AND PONCE
INLET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
