THURSDAY TO 3 AM PDT FRIDAY.

* WINDS: NORTH WINDS 15 TO 25 KNOTS WILL EASE TO 10 TO 15 KNOTS
  OVERNIGHT. NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE AGAIN TO 15 TO 25 KT THURSDAY
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
