MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

SYNOPSIS FOR THE GULF OF MEXICO

.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK ATLC RIDGE WILL EXTEND W OVER THE GULF
THROUGH SUN NIGHT. A COLD FRONT WILL DIP INTO THE N GULF MON
MORNING...AND STALL ALONG 28N BEFORE RETREATING AS A WARM FRONT
OVERNIGHT MON NIGHT. A SECOND COLD FRONT WILL EXTEND FROM NEAR
MOBILE TO THE EASTERN BAY OF CAMPECHE TUE NIGHT. THE FRONT WILL
MOVE SE OF THE AREA LATE WED NIGHT. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD ACROSS
THE GULF WAKE OF THE FRONT. AREA VISIBILITIES MAY BE LOCALLY
RESTRICTED PRIMARILY ACROSS THE SW AND S CENTRAL GULF IN SMOKE AND
HAZE DUE TO AGRICULTURE FIRES. THE SMOKE AND HAZE IS EXPECTED TO
TAPER OFF SUN NIGHT.
