THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

  LIMITED TORNADO RISK.
  LIMITED HAIL RISK.
  LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
  ELEVATED LIGHTNING RISK.
  LIMITED NON THUNDERSTORM WIND RISK.

DISCUSSION...

  THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS CENTRAL KANSAS AND OKLAHOMA WILL MOVE EASTWARD
  INTO EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS LATE TONIGHT AFTER 10 PM.
  SCATTERED STORMS MAY SPREAD EASTWARD INTO THE MISSOURI OZARKS
  OVERNIGHT AFTER MIDNIGHT AND WEAKEN.

  THE SEVERE WEATHER RISK INCLUDING HAIL TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS
  AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH WILL BE CONFINED MAINLY TO EXTREME
  SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS BETWEEN 10 PM AND 2 AM. AN ISOLATED TORNADO
  CANNOT BE RULED OUT IN SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS BUT THIS RISK IS VERY
  LOW. IF SEVERE WEATHER DOES OCCUR TONIGHT IT WILL BE LOCALIZED
  IN NATURE. STORMS WILL WEAKEN LATE TONIGHT AS THEY CONTINUE EAST
  INTO THE REMAINDER OF THE OUTLOOK AREA.

  ALONG WITH THE RISK OF THUNDERSTORMS...SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL
  GUST TO AROUND 30 MPH AT TIMES TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

  THUNDERSTORMS ARE THEN EXPECTED TO STRENGTHEN AND OR REDEVELOP
  ALONG THE COLD FRONT AS IT MOVES THROUGH THE AREA ON SATURDAY.
  A FEW STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE
  SATURDAY...MAINLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 44.

  ADDITIONAL CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR MONDAY AND
  TUESDAY ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN MISSOURI.
