THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

  ELEVATED HAIL RISK.
  LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
  ELEVATED LIGHTNING RISK.
  LIMITED NON THUNDERSTORM WIND RISK.

DISCUSSION...

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL SPREAD EAST ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA
LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS A COLD FRONT MOVES ACROSS THE
AREA. THE PRIMARY RISK FROM THESE STORMS WILL BE CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING AND SMALL HAIL. A FEW OF THESE STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG
TO MARGINALLY SEVERE ACROSS FAR SOUTHERN MISSOURI MAINLY SOUTH OF
HIGHWAY 60. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL
TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS. THE GREATER RISK FOR SEVERE WEATHER WILL
BE SOUTH OF THE OUTLOOK AREA.

GUSTY NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP BEHIND A COLD FRONT THIS
THIS EVENING WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS UP TO 30 MPH WILL IMPACT THE AREA MONDAY.

ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING A GOOD CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS
FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY.
