SOME LIGHT RAIN AND SPRINKLES OCCURRED OVER FAR SOUTHERN MISSOURI
OVERNIGHT WHILE DRY NORTHEAST WINDS OVER CENTRAL MISSOURI AND SOUTHEAST
KANSAS KEPT THAT AREA RAIN FREE. PREDAWN TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE 50S.

A WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE NORTHEAST INTO THE
REGION LATE TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY WITH SOME ADDITIONAL CHANCES FOR
PERIODIC LIGHT RAIN AND SPRINKLES FOR SOUTHERN MISSOURI AND PARTS
OF SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

MORE ORGANIZED RAIN CHANCES ARE EXPECTED TOWARD THE WEEKEND AS A
LARGE STORM SYSTEM APPROACHES FROM THE WEST.
