HAIL FELL DURING THE PASSAGE OF A STRONG THUNDERSTORM ON THE 31ST.

THE AVERAGE HIGH...LOW...AND MONTHLY TEMPERATURES WERE THE WARMEST
SINCE 2012. HOWEVER...ALL THOSE WERE STILL BELOW AVERAGE.
