THEN NORTHWEST MID AFTERNOON ALL THE WHILE INCREASING IN
SPEED...WITH GUSTS TO 20 TO 25 MPH AS A COLD FRONT PUSHES
THROUGH THE AREA. THE PERIOD OF STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE SHORT WITH
WINDS TURNING TO THE NORTH WITH THE LAST WIND SHIFT OF THE DAY
THIS EVENING. MAX TEMPS IN THE UPPER 60S WITH THE DRY AIRMASS
WILL YIELD MIN RHS IN THE TEENS. THESE DRY FUELS COMBINED WITH THE
LOW RHS AND WINDS WILL MAKE NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
