STATIONARY THROUGH TONIGHT. THE STORM SYSTEM WILL BROADEN ACROSS
QUEBEC ON WEDNESDAY BEFORE REORGANIZING AND BECOMING STATIONARY
OVER THE LOWER SAINT LAWRENCE VALLEY LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH
FRIDAY. AS THIS PERSISTENT STORM SYSTEM MOVES ACROSS THE CANADIAN
MARITIMES ON SATURDAY...RIDGING WILL BUILD ACROSS THE BULK OF THE
GREAT LAKES REGION.
