MENA ARKANSAS. SCATTERED LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WAS NOTED BACK TO
THE WEST...WITH THE BACK EDGE EXTENDING FROM NOWATA TO HUGH
OKLAHOMA. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.

THROUGH 4:30 AM...BRIEF GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 MILES AN HOUR MAY
PRECEDE THE INITIAL LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS AS THEY MOVE
EAST THROUGH CARROLL...MADISON AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES IN ARKANSAS
