SKY CONDITIONS WERE SUNNY THIS AFTERNOON, WITH A 5 TO 15 MPH WIND
FROM THE NORTHWEST. HIGH TEMPERATURES ACROSS EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND
WESTERN ARKANSAS WERE COOL, RANGING IN THE 60S.

BY MID EVENING, TEMPERATURES HAD RAPIDLY COOLED INTO THE UPPER 40S
TO LOWER 50S. SKY CONDITIONS WERE CLEAR, WITH THE WIND HAVING BECOME
NEARLY CALM THROUGHOUT THE REGION.
