NORTHWEST TO WEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS AROUND 45 MPH
HAVE CONTINUED THIS AFTERNOON. PEAK WIND GUST HAVE REACHED 47 MPH
AROUND CEDAR RAPIDS IOWA AND 46 MPH AROUND THE QUAD CITIES. MOST
LOCATIONS HAD GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 TODAY.

WINDS WILL LIKELY IMPACT HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES DRIVING ON NORTH-
SOUTH ROADS. USE CAUTION WHILE TRAVELING. HIGHER END WIND GUSTS

STRONG WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING HOURS AND
THERE ARE WIND ADVISORIES IN EFFECT FOR PARTS OF CENTRAL IOWA.
