REGIONAL WEATHER SUMMARY FOR EASTERN KANSAS

THERE ARE CLEAR SKIES ACROSS KANSAS AS THE UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM THAT
HAS IMPACTED THE REGION FOR DAYS HAS MOVED OFF TO THE EAST.  WEST TO
NORTHWESTERLY WINDS ARE PRESENT AROUND 5 TO 15 MPH THIS MORNING.
MORNING LOWS ARE IN THE MID TO UPPER 30S OVER CENTRAL KANSAS WITH
LOW 40S OVER EASTERN KANSAS.

TODAY WILL BE COOLER ACROSS THE REGION WITH HIGHS IN THE 50S OVER
NEBRASKA AND NORTHERN KANSAS...AND 60S OVER SOUTHERN KANSAS AND
OKLAHOMA.  NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL BE BREEZY BETWEEN 15 AND 25 MPH
OVER IOWA...NEBRASKA AND MUCH OF KANSAS.  CLOUDS AND A CHANCE OF
PRECIPITATION WILL IMPACT EASTERN COLORADO AND SOUTHWEST KANSAS BY
THE LATE AFTERNOON.

TONIGHT WILL BE COOL WITH OVERNIGHT LOWS DROPPING NEAR TO BELOW
FREEZING ACROSS MUCH OF NEBRASKA AND NORTHWEST KANSAS.  THE
REMAINDER OF THE REGION WILL BE IN THE MID TO UPPER 30S AND 40S.
EXPECT NORTHWESTERLY WINDS TO DECREASE OVERNIGHT.  PRECIPITATION
CHANCES INCREASE FOR THE TEXAS PANHANDLE AND WESTERN OKLAHOMA
OVERNIGHT.
