NORTH WINDS CURRENTLY AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH NEAR THE EMPORIA AND BURLINGTON
AREAS WILL SPREAD NORTHWARD INTO THE PRESCRIBED BURN AREA BETWEEN 12 PM
AND 1 PM. GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH 5 PM BEFORE SUSTAINED
NORTH WINDS WEAKEN TO NEAR 5 MPH AFTER 7 PM. MINIMUM HUMIDITY VALUES OCCUR
AFTER 2 PM IN THE LOWER 20 PERCENT RANGE WITH HIGHS EXPECTED TO INCREASE
INTO THE UPPER 60S BY LATE AFTERNOON. IN TERMS OF SKY COVER HIGH CLOUDS
WILL STICK AROUND FOR MOST OF THE AFTERNOON. THE VISIBLE SATELLITE IS
SHOWING SOME BREAKS IN THE CLOUDS SOUTH OF THE AREA AND WITH THE DRIER
AIR MOVING IN FROM THE NORTH...COULD SEE SOME CLEARING BY LATE
