THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL...NORTH
CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON MAINLY NORTHWEST OF
A LAWRENCE TO EMPORIA LINE.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE FROM THE MID AFTERNOON THROUGH THE
NIGHT ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 70. A FEW OF THE STORMS IN
THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS COULD BE SEVERE WITH HAIL
UP TO AN INCH IN DIAMETER AND WINDS NEAR 60 MPH.

PATCHY FROST MAY DEVELOP NEAR THE NEBRASKA STATE LINE LATE
TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

THE PROBABILITY FOR WIDESPREAD HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS LOW.
