30 MPH ACROSS PORTIONS OF WESTERN RILEY...SOUTHEASTERN
OTTAWA...SOUTHERN CLAY...NORTHERN DICKINSON AND NORTHWESTERN GEARY
COUNTIES. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THESE
STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PEA TO PENNY SIZE HAIL...HEAVY
RAINFALL AND STRONG WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH. SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD
