FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NASHVILLE TN
141 PM CDT WED MAY 6 2015

.DISCUSSION...LOOK FOR TEMPERATURES TO CONTINUE TO GRADUALLY WARM
OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS, WITH ISOLATED STORMS POSSIBLE ON
THE PLATEAU STARTING THURSDAY AFTERNOON. RAIN CHANCES WILL
GRADUALLY INCREASE AS WE HEAD INTO THE WEEKEND WITH THE APPROACH
OF A SLOW- MOVING COLD FRONT, ALTHOUGH FRONTAL PASSAGE WON`T OCCUR
UNTIL MONDAY NIGHT OR TUESDAY. A MARGINAL FIRE WEATHER DANGER IS
EXPECTED BOTH THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND FRIDAY AFTERNOON WITH RH
VALUES BOTTOMING OUT AT 30-40%, BUT RELATIVELY LIGHT WINDS WILL
KEEP US OUR OF RED FLAG CRITERIA.
