.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING EAST OVER THE MID-ATLANTIC
STATES WILL MOVE OFFSHORE BY TONIGHT...ALLOWING A MOIST SOUTHEASTERLY
FLOW TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA. LOW LEVEL MOISTURE WILL INCREASE
OVERNIGHT WITH THE CHANCE OF RAIN INCREASING EARLY MONDAY MORNING
TOWARD DAYBREAK.

SOME PATCHY FOG HAS DEVELOPED EARLY THIS MORNING ACROSS THE AREA
ESPECIALLY IN LOW-LYING AREAS AND NEAR RIVERS BUT EXPECT
IMPROVEMENT BY 14Z. EAST-NORTHEASTERLY SURFACE WINDS WILL BECOME
EAST-SOUTHEAST BY LATE AFTERNOON...WITH SPEEDS AROUND 10 MPH NEAR
THE SURFACE. SURFACE WINDS WILL BECOME EAST-NORTHEASTERLY ONCE
AGAIN OVERNIGHT WITH SPEEDS LESS THAN 5 MPH. NORTHEASTERLY
TRANSPORT WINDS WILL ALSO ROTATE TO SOUTHEASTERLY THROUGH THE DAY
TODAY WITH SPEEDS AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH. MAXIMUM MIXING HEIGHTS
TODAY WILL BE AROUND 4000 FEET. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL
RANGE FROM 40 TO AROUND 45 PERCENT.
