WINDS THIS MORNING BECOME SOUTHEAST INTO THE AFTERNOON. BREEZY
CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. WIND DIRECTION BECOMES EAST TO NORTHEAST BY
DAYBREAK THURSDAY AND IS FORECAST TO BE LIGHT. OVERNIGHT WINDS CALM
AT TIMES. DAYTIME DISPERSION BECOMES GENERALLY GOOD TODAY AND IS FAIR
ON THURSDAY.
